Cannoli Masterclass by Subi Spritz

The Cannoli Masterclass is a hands-on workshop taking place on March 23, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Accent Cafe in Subiaco. Participants will learn to make traditional Sicilian cannoli under the guidance of Daniele Foti-Cuzzola and Liliana Aguirre. Attendees will create their own pastry shells, fill them with ricotta, and take home their delicious creations along with a recipe card and gift bag.
