Unleashed Full Moon Movement Ceremony by POHSS Studio is a recurring monthly series on February 28, March 28, and May 2, 2026, each lasting two hours in the evening with varying start times from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Led by Soph using silent disco headphones, participants engage in free movement through Frankston's streets, foreshore, and pier, starting with an opening ceremony including presence practice and smoking ritual. The event emphasizes reconnecting with the body, joy, rhythm, and community without choreography or expectations, timed to the full moon for celebration and release. Held outdoors near Mechanics Hall, it offers a supportive space for grounding, energy, and liberation through dance.
