Commune Sound Sober Rave by no_organiser

Commune Sound is the inaugural sober rave held at St Brigid's Parish Hall in Fitzroy North on 21 May 2026, from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. DJ Sundari leads the event with her signature blend of powerful bass music including dubstep, bass house, glitch-hop, DnB, organic tribal house, tech house, and melodic techno, drawing from her experience at festivals like Rainbow Spirit and Renaissance. Produced by Kit Webster Studio, known for immersive audiovisual experiences with projection mapping, lasers, and original compositions, the event creates a transformative dancefloor. It enforces a unique set of agreements: shoes off, no phones, no talking on the floor, sober space, personal space and consent, and an inclusive room to foster presence and embodiment.
