The Upstairs Pour Series features an installment on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, at 1 Hotel Melbourne, highlighting Golden Groves Olive Oil and Papa Salt Gin in a celebration of Mediterranean flavours and Australian coastal spirit. The evening starts with a sensory welcome shot of high-phenolic olive oil and lemon, followed by three curated gin cocktails infused with olive oil, paired with substantial Mediterranean-inspired canapés including dessert. A live vinyl DJ provides the soundtrack throughout the night, which extends well beyond the last pour.
