Inter Level Dance Nyx by Curious Mover

Inter Level Dance Nyx is a 10-week intermediate empowered pop/commercial dance class series held weekly on Mondays from April 20 to June 22, 2026, at SHEBANG dance + bodymove studio on the banks of Merri Creek in Northcote. Each 85-minute session from 6:00 PM to 7:25 PM AEST includes a cardio warm-up, Pilates toning, stretching, and choreography learning, culminating in an in-house showing on the final class. The trauma-informed approach emphasizes a supportive and empowering environment for intermediate dancers. The event acknowledges dancing on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri/Woiwurrung people of the Kulin Nation.
