Autumn Mosaics Exploring a Variety of Materials is a four-week workshop series held every Saturday from May 2 to May 23, 2026, at Louis Joel Arts & Community in Altona, Victoria. Participants create textured mosaic plaques using tesserae, tiles, crockery, and beads, exploring planned or spontaneous designs. The classes cover fundamentals of mosaic design, techniques including cutting and smashing, colour combinations, adhesives, grout, and safe practices. Each two-hour session runs from 10:30 to 12:30, with the full course priced at $240 per person. Cancellation is possible within three days of start due to minimum enrollments, with refunds or rescheduling offered.
