Legacy Burdens, Gifts and Inheritances by Simon d'Orsogna MA, Trainer & Psychotherapist

The 'Legacy Burdens, Gifts and Inheritances' workshop, taking place from March 17 to March 19, 2025, at Abbotsford Convent, offers participants a deep exploration of their family and cultural legacies. Led by Simon d'Orsogna and featuring Kay Gardner as the lead trainer, this three-day event will include didactic teaching, live demonstrations, and group work. Participants will engage in experiential practices to identify and release legacy burdens while acknowledging the importance of their ancestors. This workshop is designed for those who have completed Level 1 Internal Family Systems training or above.
