Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) by TUSA Building

The Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) workshop is a two-day event taking place on July 8-9, 2025, at the University of Tasmania. This interactive training is designed for individuals aged 16 and older, focusing on a 6-task suicide first-aid model. Participants will engage in audio-visual learning, group discussions, and skills practice to develop the necessary skills for providing suicide first-aid interventions and creating personalized safety plans.
