Launch of the LGBTIQA+ Family Violence Guidelines by Supreme Court of Tasmania

The formal launch of the LGBTIQA+ Family Violence Guidelines will take place at Parliament House on April 2, 2025, from 1 PM to 2 PM. This significant event features speeches, refreshments, and opportunities to meet dignitaries, marking a Tasmanian first in addressing family violence within the LGBTIQA+ community. The guidelines have been co-developed by Engender Equality and Working It Out, with funding from the Tasmanian Government. Media will be in attendance, and a free copy of the guidelines will be available online.
