Circle Of Security Parenting - Couples by Online Workshop

The Circle of Security Parenting program is an 8-session evidence-based online program designed for couples who are parents or carers of children aged 4 months to 6 years. Starting on January 22, 2025, and running every Wednesday until March 12, 2025, from 7 PM to 9 PM AWST, this program focuses on understanding children's emotional needs and enhancing their self-esteem. Participants will learn to support their child's emotional management and strengthen parent-child relationships through research-backed strategies.
