On Site by Adelaide Costume Shop

On-site represents the first iteration of a series of site-specific art experiences presented outside traditional gallery settings, hosted at No.9 Karaoke Bar in Adelaide's Chinatown on 30 April 2026 from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Commissioned artists including Jesse Budel, Saluhan Collective, Ellen Steele, Astrid Pill, Jason Sweeney, Valerie Berry, Ben-Hur Winter, Helium, and Jazmine Deng explore themes of place, space, belonging, memory, and layered histories through diverse disciplinary approaches. This event engages community contexts to foster new rhythms of cultural expression and enrich collective recollections of locations. Part of OSCA's Projects of the Everyday initiative, it is supported by Create SA and the City of Adelaide, offering free general admission with optional donations.
