The Nourish Workshop Series presents 'World of Bees,' a hands-on educational session led by Thomas Earls, owner of Coastal Nectar, at Bellarine Secondary College - Drysdale Campus on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Participants explore pollination, queen bees, honey harvesting, environmental challenges facing bees, followed by honey tasting and crafting pure beeswax candles to take home. The workshop begins with a farm tour by a Farm My School educator, covering regenerative farming, seasonal produce, and making seed bombs. Designed for children aged 8-12 as a school holiday outing, adults and guardians are welcome. Farm My School, a not-for-profit, promotes healthy eating, ecological stewardship, and connected communities through practical food-growing and wellbeing activities.
