The Conversation and Connection chamber music concert features refined strings and elegant melodies performed by the internationally acclaimed Pipa π Chamber Ensemble from the China Conservatory of Music, in collaboration with the China Cultural Centre in Sydney. The program explores the richness of Chinese music through iconic classics like Ambush from Ten Sides and A Moonlit Night on the Spring River, alongside contemporary works such as Summer by Jing Sun and Morning Fog by Zhongshan Wang, highlighting the pipa and blending Chinese and Western traditions. Held on 6 May 2026 from 19:00 to 20:00 in the intimate Meers Hall at the Naala Badu Building, Art Gallery of New South Wales, the event showcases virtuosic performances by artists including pipa virtuoso Yong Ge and guzheng performer Xiaoling Yang.
