Velvet Disco by Balanced You

Velvet Disco offers a guided music journey for women aimed at easing stress, supporting the nervous system, and reconnecting with the body through movement on Umina Beach. This single-day sunset session on 11/04/2026 from 16:30 to 18:00 involves wireless headphones and curated music, allowing participants to sway, stretch, dance, or simply listen as they follow their body's needs. No dance experience is required, and spaces are limited by available headphones. A backup indoor location is arranged if weather prevents beach use. Participants should bring comfortable clothes, a light layer, water, and optionally a blanket.
