Velvet Disco by Balanced You

Velvet Disco offers a guided silent disco experience designed for women to ease stress, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with the body through music and movement. Held as a single-day sunset session on April 18, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at Umina Beach, participants wear wireless headphones and move freely—whether swaying, stretching, dancing, or simply listening—as guided by curated music. No dance experience is required, and spaces are limited by headphone availability. The event takes place on the sands near the beach entrance right of Margarita Daze, with a backup indoor space if weather is unsuitable. Attendees are advised to bring comfortable clothes, a light layer, water, and an optional blanket.
