Uptown vs Dancehall by Eventbrite

Uptown vs Dancehall is a single-night event revisiting the iconic 90s clash between Uptown and Dancehall styles, celebrating Jamaica's street dance culture. Hosted by Ahlex Leyva at The Soda Factory, it features selektas Lady Chika and JC Crooks, special performances from Sydney's Dancehall community, and an open 2v2 exhibition battle. Doors open at 5pm on Thursday, May 21, 2026, with performances from 7pm to 10pm, extending into an all-night bashment.
