Battle of the Beats by The Venue

Battle of the Beats is an annual youth music competition showcasing emerging artists from the Georges River area, featuring performances by Kenya Verräter, The Scuts, The Avenue, and The Suburban Skulk. Organized by the Council's Youth Advisory Committee and 3Bridges Youth Zone, the single-day event takes place on April 24, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at 3Bridges Youth Zone in Penshurst, NSW. The first act starts at 6:30 PM, with free pizza for the first 200 attendees. Proceeds from pay-what-you-can tickets (minimum $1) support headspace Hurstville's youth mental health programs, enhanced by SOUNDCULT sponsorship for a larger prize pool.
