Psychegetic Breathwork | Somatic Healing

Psychegetic Breathwork | Somatic Healing is a transformative event taking place on March 2, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at BHAV Yoga and Meditation Studio in Cronulla. This session combines Conscious Connected Breathwork, Reichian Breathwork, and Bioenergetic Therapy to help participants heal trauma stored in the mind and body.
