Food Fire Connection by Angel Sussurri

Food Fire Connection is an intimate long-table feast at The Food Farm celebrating regenerative farming, honest food, and community connection. Head Chef Charly Pertet from Terra Firma Dining prepares a seasonal, fire-cooked three-course meal using on-site pasture-raised meat and local organic produce, complemented by woodfire sourdough from John Ralley and regenerative wines by Mike Bennie. The single-day event on April 18, 2026, starts with arrival at 3:30 PM for drinks, live jazz, and fireside canapés, followed by seating at 5:00 PM for the feast and panel discussion with farmers Tim and Hannah, Chef Pertet, and naturopath Renee Lynch, ending around 8:30 PM under picturesque fig trees. Highlights include a farm tour, gluten-free dishes with vegetarian options, and an open-fire cooking theatre. Free onsite parking is available, with cosy attire and gumboots recommended for the autumn evening.
