Dance It Up! 50+ is a weekly dance class designed for adults over 50, held every Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 at Bay Pavilions in Batemans Bay. The sessions explore diverse styles from Ballet to Bollywood with accessible movements set to uplifting music, supporting balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and confidence. No prior dance experience is required, and all movements are adaptable to individual paces in an inclusive environment.
