Lanterns and Lineages is a single-night cabaret event on 2 May 2026 at Gang Gang Cafe and Bar in Downer, ACT, featuring performances of pole, drag, burlesque, cabaret, and dance. Artists share personal stories rooted in heritage, identity, chosen family, and queer expression, creating intimate vibes in one room. Produced by POC queer-led Red Lanterns Haus, it serves as a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community, SWers, and allies with zero tolerance for discrimination. The show runs from 7:30pm to 10:30pm AEST, with doors opening at 6:00pm; this 18+ event emphasizes community care and authentic storytelling from marginalized artists.
